Software key not responding. USB WIBU key is plugged in but seen as an unsupported or unknown device in the Windows Device Manager |

The USB key may have been plugged in to the port before EASYLABEL and the WIBU drivers were installed. Windows then will install the key as a unsupported or unknown device.
The WIBU drivers or EASYLABEL(which includes these drivers) should ALWAYS be installed before plugging in the USB WIBU key. To correct the problem, Open Windows Device Manager and right click on the unsupported devic, choose Remove. Unplug the USB key. Install the WIBU drivers and then plug in the WIBU key. |
