Arabic text and Windows XP

When printing right to left text such as Arabic when using Windows XP, the operating system must be set to print right to left text correctly.  To do this, open the Regional and Language Options from the Windows Control Panel.  Click the Languages tab.  Put a check mark by the "Install files for complex script and right-to-left languages (including Thai)."  Click Apply and OK.  You will be prompted to reboot the machine.
